Me tuvieron dos horas recogiendo a gente por los hoteles en la excursión de Chichén Itzá. En el programa ponía que sería de 7.10 a 8 y me pusieron las 6 10. Además apenas tuvimos tiempo de ver Chichén Itzá con un guía local mediocre y sobró tiempo en las tiendas. Algo parecido pasó en Tulum.

La experiencia en Tulum fue excelente, tuvimos un grupo pequeño y un gran guía, Misael fue muy amable y nos contó grandes historias sobre los mayas, nos acompaño todo el camino e incluso nado para llevarnos por la cueva del Celote Nohoch. Hice las excursiones de 2 días. Día 1: hermoso el cenote, la recomendación de la guía fue espectacular ya que pude estar prácticamente sola nadando unos 45 min en el cenote. Agregaría más tiempo en Valladolid, me pareció hermoso y solo estuvimos 30min. Día 2: Tulum es hermoso. La guía Mari una genia. Mi valoración es una media de los dos días. Diferenciaría las experiencias de chichen Itzà, que fue bastante mala, de la de Tulum que fue estupenda. En Chichén Itzà parecía un día de compras. Los guías sólo estaban interesados en que comprasemos. En el bus crema del sol y repelente (exagerado su necesidad y a un precio desorbitado), y luego los productos de la tienda del cenote. Nos tuvieron 2h en la tienda y luego para comer y bañarnos solo 1h. Además,el guía y la visita al sitio fueron penosas

Vale a pena visitar Chichen Itza e Tulum! Os cenotes são espetaculares, mas muita gente. Os guias têm muito conhecimento da história Maia. O guia Leo de Tulum foi excecional. Não compres o creme biodegradável no autocarro; não o podes usar no cenote. Comprei a excursão em PT, mas a empresa não quis pagar ao guia PT e tentou deitar a culpa para a Civitatis. Compra as entradas para Chichen Itza diretamente no site oficial 643MX; a empresa cobra 30% de comissão (cobraram 720MX e só pagaram 548MX)

Durante el primer día del tour tuvimos dos guías que parecían más vendedores o mercaderes. Te ofrecen un repelente biodegradable a 250 pesos y un bloqueador solar biodegradable. Afirman que son los únicos que se admiten en el cenote y que los vas a necesitar. NO LOS COMPRES. En el cenote te hacen tomar una ducha así que no puedes tener ningún producto aplicado sobre tu piel. El repelente lo consigues en cualquier GoMart a 45 pesos. Se les notan mucho las ganas de sacarte dinero.

During the first day of the tour we had two guides who seemed more like salesmen or merchants. They offer you a biodegradable repellent for 250 pesos and a biodegradable sunscreen. It’s a pity I can’t rate each of the days separately The day to Chichen was like a market. They try to sell you different kind of stuff and trying to sell repellents and sunscreen was too much. They say that you need them but you don’t! The excursion looks like a transportation, they don’t tell you much about the county and culture, the guide didn’t seem interested at all. I would rate this day 3 of 5. The second day to Tulum was way better! The group was smaller and the guide was very nice!

Ena excursión del primer día, sentí que todo el rato quería. Venderme productos en lugar de contarme en profundidad cursiosidades e historias sobre la cultura maya. Aunque los guias eran buenos y graciosos, me cansaba ese aspecto a lo largo del día. El segundo día fue mejor. El guía excelente y no intentaron vender de esa forma tan exagerada. Está bien para ver lo mas importante, pero si se tiene tiempo recomiendo ir en colectivo o alquilar coche y buscar guías alli mismo.
