Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from Hotel Posada del Hidalgo and hop onto a minibus to head towards the Fuerte River, along which we'll enjoy a rafting trip. Let's go!
After a short trip, we'll arrive at the banks of the river and get on a raft for a 1 hour and 45-minute trip. As we sail, we'll tell you about some of the characteristics of the river basin that runs through the states of Chihuahua and Sinaloa. You'll also see what kind of animals live in the river, and we may even meet the beaded lizard, which can grow up to 30 centimetres (11.8 inches) long!
In the middle of the tour, we'll get off the boats to walk to some interesting petroglyphs. Different indigenous communities of Nahuas groups left their inscriptions on the stone for eternity. Will we discover the enigma of the image of the mask?
After this, we'll set course for the starting point of the journey. There, we'll disembark and take you to the hotel, where we are expected to arrive 2 hours after pickup.
