We'll meet at the indicated time at the entrance to the Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo Studio House Museum, located in the neighbourhood of San Ángel in Mexico City. Ready to immerse yourself in one of the most innovative architectural complexes in the country?
Designed by the artist and architect Juan O'Gorman, this house-studio is considered to be one of the most important examples of functionalism in Mexico. During the tour, you'll not only discover the history of its inhabitants, but also how art and design dialogue with each other in every corner.
Throughout the guided tour, you'll explore Juan O'Gorman's house, where you'll learn about his vision of functionalism and his use of materials such as volcanic stone and concrete. The straight lines and bright colours create a visual contrast that does not go unnoticed.
