Nonostante avessimo prenotato la visita ai musei di Frida Kahlo molti mesi in anticipo Siamo stati informati solo 3 giorni prima della nostra partenza per Città del Messico e 5 giorni prima del tour che non c’erano posti disponibili. Casa Azul era per noi imprenscindibile e fondamentalmente uno dei due motivi principali della nostra visita a Città del Messico e non abbiamo potuto visitarla. Quindi siamo estremamente delusi, pur apprezzando il tentativo di compensazione.

Despite having booked the visit to the Frida Kahlo museums many months in advance, we were only informed 3 days before our departure to Mexico City and 5 days before the tour that there were no available spots. Casa Azul was essential for us and fundamentally one of the two main reasons for our visit to Mexico City, and we were unable to visit it. So we are extremely disappointed, although we appreciate the attempt at compensation.

No se realizó el tour de Chapultepec ni el de Coyoacán. En el primer día no hubo disponibilidad de chofer y en el segundo día no hubo disponibilidad de entradas al Museo. Estoy esperando el reembolso total de ambos tours, me dijo el proveedor entradas México que “estaba en proceso” pero no recibo nada de Civitatis. Horrible experiencia echaron a perder mi viaje en CdMx

The Chapultepec and Coyoacán tours were cancelled. On the first day, a driver was unavailable, and on the second day, museum tickets were unavailable. I'm waiting for a full refund for both tours. The tour provider, Entradas México, told me it was "in process," but I haven't received anything from Civitatis. It was a terrible experience; they ruined my trip to Mexico City.

Nuestro guía Jesús fue muy amable y nos atendió perfectamente. Esta excursión no ha dado muchos problemas, la contratamos en julio para poder acceder a la Casa Azul. Una semana antes nos avisan que en lunes no se abre el museo cuándo en la disponibilidad salía que sí, luego la pasamos a martes y no estaban abiertos otros museos que se visitan. No entendemos que se ofrezca disponibilidad de una visita que no se puede hacer. Y sobre Frida casi ni se habla, sería más adecuado hablar sobre murales.

Our guide, Jesús, was very kind and took excellent care of us. This tour didn't have many problems; we booked it in July to visit the Blue House. A week before, they informed us that the museum wouldn't be open on Mondays, even though the availability showed it was. Then we rescheduled for Tuesday, and other museums we visit were also closed. We don't understand why they advertise a visit that can't be done. And Frida was barely mentioned; it would have been more appropriate to talk about her murals.
