At the designated time, we'll meet at Benito Juárez Hemicycle, one of the most emblematic monuments in Alameda Central. From here, we'll walk a few minutes until we reach the Memory and Tolerance Museum, where we'll begin this significant guided tour.
The museum, inaugurated in 2010, is a unique space in Latin America that covers some of the darkest chapters of the 20th and 21st centuries, including the Holocaust, the genocide in Rwanda, Armenia, Cambodia, Yugoslavia, and the War in Darfur. Through an immersive tour, you'll enter rooms where images, sounds, and reconstructions will make you experience the history from a perspective of empathy and reflection. During the visit, you'll also explore the section dedicated to tolerance, diversity, and human rights.
