Meet us next to the Palacio de Bellas Artes monument to set off on an all-encompassing tour of Mexico City that will take us through the ins and outs of significant Mexico City palaces.
We'll dedicate about an hour to each important site, beginning with Palacio de Bellas Artes, the country's cultural and artistic center. Did you know this site is one of the world's most prestigious opera houses? During the tour, we'll give you all the details on which famous pieces made their debut in this very theater. As we walk through the famous halls we'll also admire the various murals decorating the walls.
Then, we'll also visit the National Museum of Art. Here, we'll wander through the exhibitions of Mexican paintings and sculptures from different eras, some dating back to the 1950s.
Next, we'll visit the Mexican National Bank, a historic building significant and essential to the nation's economic planning. Then, we'll head to the Postal Palace to learn about its unique architectural style and early 20th-century history.
After 4 hours of cultural enrichment, we'll bring our tour to a close back at the meeting point.
