Odisea México is one of the most innovative attractions in the capital. Upon arrival, you’ll enter the complex and enjoy 1.5 hours of free time to explore its different installations at your own pace. This venue has been designed as a sensory journey through Mexican identity and is divided into 25 themed rooms.
You’ll step into environments inspired by Day of the Dead traditions, complete with altars, colors, and symbolism that help explain the meaning of this celebration. You’ll also discover settings inspired by Mexican architecture, such as a recreation of the Santo Domingo Temple in Oaxaca, one of the greatest examples of New Spanish Baroque architecture.
The visit also includes spaces dedicated to contemporary popular culture. In fact, one of the rooms recreates the famous neighborhood courtyard from El Chavo del Ocho, one of the most recognizable television settings in Latin America.
As part of the experience, you’ll also enjoy the Fly Over Mexico flight simulator, a 10-minute experience that takes place in Latin America’s first immersive theater. This attraction recreates the sensation of flying over different landscapes across the country through dynamic platforms and panoramic projections.
