Are you ready to discover the Mexican capital? After having breakfast in the hotel, we'll pick you up to go on a scenic tour of Mexico City. On this tour, we'll see the National Palace, the Mexico City Metropolitan Cathedral, and the Aztec Templo Mayor from the outside. We'll also pass by the Bosque de Chapultepec, the renowned Paseo de la Reforma, and the Zona Rosa, one of the main residential areas of the city.
After this scenic tour, you'll have the rest of the day off in Mexico City to stroll at your own pace and enjoy its cuisine.
Days 3 & 4: Mexico City
On these two days, after having breakfast in the hotel, you'll have the day off in Mexico City. We recommend making the most of the days by visiting the pyramids of Teotihuacán, watching a Mexican lucha libre show, or enjoying an activity within our day trips, guided tours, or tours in Mexico City.
Day 5: Mexico City - Taxco
After enjoying breakfast in the hotel, we'll leave the Mexican capital behind and start our 1.5-hour drive toward Cuernavaca, the capital of the state of Morelos. In this town, known as the "City of Eternal Spring," we'll see its main wonders from outside. Among its standout monuments, we'll see the Palace of Cortés and the Catedral de Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, one of the oldest cathedrals in Mexico.
After visiting Cuernavaca, we'll head to the northern area of the state of Guerrero, and after a 1.5-hour trip, we'll reach Taxco, considered the world capital of silver.
Once there, we'll embark on a short walking tour to discover its main silversmiths and admire the facade of the Parroquia de Santa Prisca y San Sebastián, which stands out due to its Churrigueresque style.
Finally, we'll head to a hotel in the center of Taxco. You'll have the rest of the day off to stroll around the city and enjoy the exquisite cuisine at your own pace.
Day 6: Taxco - Acapulco
We'll have an early breakfast in the hotel in Taxco and from there, we'll start our 3.5-hour journey toward Acapulco, the most popular coastal destination in the state of Guerrero. This journey will be by public bus.
Once there, we'll accompany you to an all-inclusive hotel in Acapulco. From that moment, you can enjoy this paradisiac site of the Mexican Pacific at your own pace.
