Começou com o transporte de ida, sendo o motorista Carlos, exemplar. Tremendo profissional. Quanto as Grutas são imperdíveis.. Espetacular. Impossível não serem visitadas quando se viaja ao Mexico. Já quanto a Taxco, foi bem complicada a visita, porque o centro da cidade está passando por uma reforma enorme e deixou a desejar. Quem sabe um dia eu volte para tirar esta impressão. It started with the transportation there, and the driver, Carlos, was exemplary. A tremendous professional. As for the caves, they are unmissable... spectacular. Impossible not to visit them when traveling to Mexico. Regarding Taxco, the visit was quite complicated because the city center is undergoing a huge renovation and left something to be desired. This was a par excellent trip. Cesar Garcia our tour driver and guide exceeded expectations. The epitome of what service is all about. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient and a warmth that cannot be easily found was all present within Mr Ceasar . Highly recommended, treated us like family. His choice of restaurant was the best in quality, views, and taste. One of the best tours by Travis tours and Mr Cesar Garcia.

The experience was incredible from the beginning thanks to the guide Carlos Paz, a very attentive, kind and willing person...the trip is somewhat long but the guide managed to entertain you so that it was pleasant. The tour was great and the guide was very kind and informative. It was appreciated that the tour was provided in English. It would be just nice to have more time to see around and choose the place to eat or the workshops to see/buy silver from, rather than being taken directly to the 'recommended' places and having no time to check what else is in there. Other than that, it was amazing.

No es en inglés. Viajé con un amigo suizo que no entiende español. El. Chofer entendía inglés pero no dió ninguna información, sólo es chofer. Al llegar a las grutas, el recorrido es por guías locales únicamente en español. Al llegar a Taxco lo mismo, solicité el recorrido en inglés y no se proporcionó, únicamente guía en español, le solicité que tradujera y dijo que no sabía inglés. El restaurante al que nos llevaron es carísimo y no dan mas opciones. Igual las tiendas de plata, sólo convenios.

It is not in English. I traveled with a Swiss friend who does not understand Spanish. The driver understood English but did not give any information, he is just a driver. Upon arriving at the caves, the tour is by local guides in Spanish only. Upon arriving in Taxco the same thing happened. I asked for the tour in English and it was not provided, only a guide in Spanish. I asked him to translate and he said he did not know English. The restaurant they took us to is very expensive and they do not give other options. The same goes for the silver shops, only conventions.
