At 4:30 pm, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Morelia and set off for our first stop of the day: the Umécuaro Dam.
At the reservoir, you'll enjoy a haven of peace and crystal clear waters surrounded by dense forests. Then, we'll get kitted out with all the necessary safety equipment and take a 600-metre zip-line ride across the dam's waters - a real adrenaline rush!
Afterwards, we'll head to the Tres Cascadas Ecotourism Centre, where we'll explore a trail of pine and oak trees and have the opportunity to see fireflies.
We'll make stops along the trail to observe the magical flashes of light that these insects give off and learn some fun facts. Did you know that they use their glow to attract mates, to warn of danger and to eat?
After the fascinating firefly exhibition, we'll have a delicious dinner - bon appetit!
Finally, we'll make our way back to Morelia, where we're expected to arrive at your hotel at 11 pm.
