We'll meet at the Eden Gallery, to begin a free walking tour of one of Oaxaca's most colorful and historic neighborhoods. Are you ready to discover why Jalatlaco was declared a Magical Neighborhood?
We'll start walking along its characteristic cobblestone streets, where pre-Columbian times, colonial heritage, and contemporary art converge in an explosion of color. Accompanied by a guide who is also an artist, we'll dive into the history of this neighborhood, which has managed to preserve its essence despite the passage of centuries.
Did you know that its proximity to the General Pantheon directly influences its aesthetic?
