Los lugares de la camioneta son muy incómodos, no caben las piernas, no deberían meter tantos asientos en esa camioneta. El guía muy bien.

Pese a que fue interesante, lamentablemente el guía no estuvo a la altura de las circunstancias, fue muy parco en su información, hizo una mescolanza de hechos históricos como por ejemplo que la elaboración del quesillo se debió a que una niña estaba en IG, FB y demás redes sociales.

El tour estuvo bien, pero la descripción es confusa. Se indica que dura 8 horas e incluye Tule, Mitla, Teotitlán y una fábrica de mezcal, pero 12 horas antes nos avisaron que también iríamos a Hierve el Agua, alargando el tour casi 3 horas, cuando no queríamos visitarlo. Además, no dan información hasta 12 horas antes, lo que dificulta la organización. Deberían avisar con más antelación y ser claros con el itinerario. Aun así, Pilar, la guía, fue excelente y muy atenta todo el tiempo.

The tour was good, but the description is confusing. It says it lasts 8 hours and includes Tule, Mitla, Teotitlán, and a mezcal factory, but 12 hours beforehand, they told us we'd also be going to Hierve el Agua, extending the tour by almost 3 hours, when we didn't want to visit it. Furthermore, they don't provide information until 12 hours beforehand, which makes planning difficult. They should give more advance notice and be clear about the itinerary. Even so, Pilar, the guide, was excellent and very attentive the entire time.

Israel hizo del tour una experiencia muy agradable. Todos los lugares cumplieron completamente las expectativas. El guia que nos realizó el tour en Mital no pudo haber sido mejor. La visita a la fabrica de mezcal fue muy divertida ya que incluía cata de la gran mayoria de sus productos. La visita al árbol del tule fue corta, pero se debe a que no hay mucho más que hacer ahí. Our experience on the Teotitlán del Valle, Mitla & Mezcal Distillery tour was incredible! The family home and textile factory were the highlight, seeing the traditional weaving and natural dye techniques was so special. The buses were comfortable with air conditioning, and the drivers made the ride smooth. Our guide was amazing, knowledgeable, engaging, and offered tours in both English and Spanish. We went with over 20 family members, and everything was handled perfectly. Highly recommend!!!

Fabulous trip! We had six activities, all were interesting to me, and I never felt rushed to leave. The tour guide had good bilingual skills and provided insights and details in Spanish and English. The driver should also be commended because of the windy mountain roads and how careful he was during the many stops we had. Just as important, the AC was a comfortable cool temperature, compared to a previous tour and no AC. A great trip, I highly recommend it!

Overall the activity was okay. We were showed around a few key places but we felt the guide was lacking enthusiasm over explaining and willingness to spend time with us. The mezcal show around was very poor. Please note that when you book it says that hierve el agua is not included but it should be, so push for it. Also most of the activities incur a cost, so bring cash with you.

It's a shame that we could not see Arbol Del Tule up close nor Hierve el Agua but it was still a great day visiting and learning about different aspects of Oaxacan history/culture. Would have preferred if our guide also explained to us in English about Mitla when we were there, rather than only in Spanish. Buffet lunch was 150 pesos, excluding drinks. Also stopped by a bakery to sample some local breads which was nice.

contratando por Civitatis te cobran unos 600pesos MX, cuando a quienes contratan el tour en Oaxaca directo les cobran 200!! Desde el comienzo es una estafa de la empresa que terceriza. Sumado a eso la guía nos hizo pagar aparte la entrada a los lugares (75mx mitla, no vimos q le pagara a nadie) y luego en las aguas nos cobró 50mx cuando el precio anunciado de la entrada es 25mx. En el buffet de almuerzo cobran distinto según la cara que te ven. Muy poco serio todo.

MALA PLANEACION Y MAL TRATO.Nos contactaron personas con diferentes logos sin tener los datos precisosEl día del paseo una sra nos trato muy mal desde el inicio nos grito diciendo que la unidad ya nos había dejado por que no nos vio, nos contactaron con el chófer, el nos dijo que regresaba por nosotras pero la sra que nos había gritado nos dijo que por decisión de ella no volverían, nos grito más y hasta nos colgó la llamada y al final otra persona con otro logo nos envió un taxi para alcanzanlo

She yelled at us, saying that the vehicle had already left us because she didn't see us. Abbiamo prenotato questa gita, pensando di fare quello scritto nel programma, invece civitatis si è appoggiata a tour operator che hanno fatto altro. 1) Non abbiamo visitato il villaggio di Teotlican del Valle ma solo una fabbrica di tappeti all’ ingresso del paese super turistica 2) non abbiamo visitato nessuna fabbrica di candele 3) siamo andati a visitare Hierve el agua (bello, ma lontano) quindi nel complesso abbiamo fatto tutto di fretta e la gita è durata ben più di 8 ore.

We booked this tour, thinking we would do what was written in the program, but instead civitatis relied on tour operators who did something else. 1) We did not visit the village of Teotitlán del Valle but only a carpet factory at the entrance of the super touristy town. 2) We did not visit any candle factory. 3) We went to visit Hierve el agua (beautiful, but far away), so overall we did everything in a hurry and the tour lasted well over 8 hours.
