At the indicated time, we'll meet at Calle Juan Ruiz de Alarcón, in the heart of downtown Taxco, to take a trip to the agricultural community of Cacalotenango. Let's go visit an organic coffee farm!
Did you think this product was only typical of Colombia? We'll discover all the secrets of the Mexican coffee plantations during this complete tour. Upon arrival at the farm, we'll discover its organic coffee field and witness the steps that are followed throughout the year, from planting to processing.
We'll see the two varieties of coffee grown on the farm, Marseille and Costa Rican, and we'll teach you how to identify their differences. During the tour, we'll also have a tasting of the coffee produced on the farm, a pleasure for the palate!
To complete the visit, we'll enjoy a delicious meal of corn sopes with eggs and grilled meat, a traditional Mexican delicacy.
With our batteries recharged, we'll head back to Taxco and end the tour after four hours of sightseeing.
