At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Vista Hermosa commercial walkway and board a vehicle to begin this tour full of aromas, history and lots of flavor. Here we go!
Our first stop will be at a 100% Tequisquiapense family vineyard. In a relaxed country atmosphere, we'll stroll through the vineyards while we discover how their wines are made traditionally. During the visit, which lasts 1.5 hours in total, we'll taste 2 of their wines accompanied by a cheese and cold meat platter, a pairing that you will love!
Afterward, we'll head to a local industrial-style brewery that contrasts with the typical rural landscape of Tequisquiapan. There, we'll learn all about the production process of the region's craft beer. Did you know that the altitude and climate of Tequisquiapan have a great effect on the taste of the beer?
After an hour in the brewery, we'll continue in the Tequis Tasting Room, where we'll enjoy an exquisite guided cheese tasting with 2 different local beers. To complete the experience, you will have the opportunity to taste artisanal products made with fruits from the semidesert of Querétaro: sauces, liqueurs and unique dressings that awaken all your senses.
After 1.5 hours in the Tasting Room, we'll return to the starting point, arriving 5 hours later.
