On this tour of Tankah Park and Tulum, we'll visit one of the main Mayan sites on the Yucatan coast and then let loose at an exciting adventure park.
Tulum + Tankah Park Tour
Between 7 and 7:30 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel and head to the ancient Mayan city of Tulum.
What was society like in pre-Columbian times? What were their beliefs and divinities? We'll answer these questions during our guided tour of Tulum. While exploring this archaeological site, one of the main Mayan enclaves on the Yucatan coast, we'll see the remains of El Castillo. Did you know that this construction was an ancient lighthouse?
After visiting other fascinating archaeological remains in Tulum, we'll continue our tour of the Yucatan by heading to the Tankah adventure park. Here you'll have three hours of free time to enjoy its many activities, including swimming and snorkeling in a cenote (natural pool). You can also take advantage of canoeing and zip-lining, there's something for everyone!
If you prefer calmer activities, in Tankah you have the chance to walk along a jungle trail or attend a Mayan cooking class. After enjoying your free time in the park, you can grab a traditional lunch that will take place in the park restaurant.
After lunch, we'll return to your hotel, where arrival is scheduled between 2 and 3 pm.
