At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and start this private tour of two wineries included in the famous Aguascalientes Wine Route.
First of all, we'll visit the first winery where we'll get our first insight into the winemaking tradition of Aguascalientes. To do so, we'll take a tour of the vineyards to learn about the techniques used in the cultivation of grapes in this area of Mexico.
Afterwards, we'll go into the winery to continue learning about the path taken by the grapes after being harvested until they become an exquisite product. To see for ourselves, we'll taste 3 wines. And the best part? We'll pair the wines with a selection of cured meats.
After this first stop, we'll head to the second winery on the Wine Route. There, we'll again take a tour of the vineyards and cellar rooms, a perfect tour to learn to differentiate the grape varieties and the techniques used in the production of wine. Comparing both wineries will show you how each one has its unique characteristics.
We'll once again have a guided tasting of 3 varieties of wine. Have you worked up an appetite yet? You'll then have some free time in the winery's restaurant where you can grab a delicious lunch. Enjoy your meal!
Feeling refuelled, we'll return to your hotel in Aguascalientes and end the tour after 7 hours of wine experience.
