If you're in Santiago de Chile and want to see a spectacular sunset in the Andes Mountain Range, come with us on this magical tour of Valle Nevado. This experience with a picnic will be unforgettable!
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Santiago de Chile to begin our journey to Valle Nevado, only 60 kilometres (37 miles) from the capital. Along the way, we'll make a quick stop at a shop where you'll be able to buy a snack and some water.
Our next stop will be the Curva 32 Viewpoint, from which you'll be able to enjoy impressive views of the road to Valle Nevado. Don't forget to take photos!
Once we reach Valle Nevado, you have about 1.5 hours of free time to explore the area outside the park. You can admire the incredible Andean landscapes and, if you want, go on a leisurely stroll.
Afterwards, we'll head to the village of Farellones, a cosy mountain town surrounded by forests and natural viewpoints. Here, we'll admire one of the most beautiful images of the day, the sunset over the Andes Mountains.
To complete the experience, we'll enjoy a picnic with seasonal regional products, served in Valle Nevado or Farellones, depending on the day's schedule.
After watching the sunset, we'll begin our return to Santiago. We'll say goodbye at your hotel after a day trip lasting approximately 9 to 10 hours.
This activity includes pickup at some areas in Las Condes, Providencia, and Centro. You can check which places at this link. If you're staying in other areas in the Chilean capital, we'll establish an alternative meeting point after the booking process.
Children under 2 can participate in the activity for free. However, please note that if you want a safety seat for them, you must pay for a ticket for children aged 2 to 10.
