At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Parras de la Fuente to start this experience designed to connect you with the essence of wine in this emblematic region in Coahuila.
First, we'll visit a local vineyard, where we'll immerse ourselves in the wine culture of Parras. We'll discover its harvesting grounds to learn about the origins of the grapevines, explore the production areas, including spaces like the barrel rooms, and discover the processes that transform grapes into wine.
During the tour, you'll learn about the unique context of Parras: its weather conditions, its history, and the importance that this land has had in wine development in America, and in other characteristics elements of the region, such as its paleontological richness.
The main part of this experience will be enjoying a tasting of three house wines, accompanied by a selection of cured meats that enhances the flavors and notes of each wine.
